These Terms govern your access to and use of ZUZS services. By signing up, transacting, or engaging with our platform, you agree to these terms and to the regulatory requirements applicable to our services.

1. About ZUZS

ZUZS is a regulated Third-Party Payment Provider (TPPP/PSP) licensed or registered in multiple African regions. We offer digital payment processing, mobile wallet integrations and financial infrastructure for compliant money movement.

2. Regulatory and Compliance Commitments

  • We are bound by AML/KYC obligations under national and regional laws.
  • All users must undergo onboarding and due diligence.
  • Transactions are monitored and may be flagged for suspicious activity.
  • You must provide accurate and verifiable KYC documents when requested.

3. Use of Services

  • Comply with all laws, including anti-money laundering and data protection laws.
  • Only use the platform for lawful purposes.
  • Promptly update your user information.

4. Transactions and Fees

  • All applicable fees are communicated transparently.
  • Transactions may be delayed or blocked if compliance flags are triggered.

5. Risk and Liability

  • We are not liable for losses from incorrect account information or third-party errors.
  • Our maximum liability in any case is the total amount of the transaction in question.

6. Suspicious Activity and Termination

  • We may suspend or close accounts if there is suspicion of fraud or money laundering.
  • Accounts may be suspended if required KYC documentation is not provided.
  • We may terminate accounts for breaches of PSP or compliance obligations.

7. Dispute Resolution

Disputes will be governed by the laws of South Africa and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa.
